Ana is a manager in arts and media from Serbia. She was born in Belgrade, in 1984. In 2008 she graduated management and production in theater, radio and culture at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade. She received her Ph.D. on the subject of psychology of management and leadership, organizational innovations and psychology of creativity at the same University.

Since 2004, she has actively participated in the organization of prominent cultural events, focusing mostly on the communication strategies and public relations and cooperating with the biggest film festivals in the country. As one of the best students, she was awarded scholarships of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Serbia, the Assembly of the City of Belgrade, Republic Institute for the Development of Scientific and Artistic Youth, EFG Eurobank and the Hellenic Republic at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She have published numerous scientific papers in national and international scientific journals in which she have explored topics such as media censorship and media ethics, psychology, leadership and communication strategies. She have been working in the field of culture and arts on the position of Communications Manager for more then 12 years. In the period from 2013 to 2016 she worked as a professor at the School „Artimedia“ from Belgrade. Currently, she is a member of National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

She is one of the co-founders of the EAT organization, dedicated to adequate knowledge transfer and education. Ana is also a critical writer, passionate traveller and reader.
